Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all pupils, visitors, and users of the A&A Driving School website and services. By using our website, contacting us, or booking driving lessons, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About A&A Driving School
A&A Driving School provides professional driving tuition across selected areas of the UK. Lessons are delivered by fully qualified or trainee Approved Driving Instructors (ADI/PDI), depending on the service booked.
Eligibility for Lessons
Pupils must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and be legally entitled to drive in the UK. It is the pupil’s responsibility to inform us of any medical condition that may affect their ability to drive.
Lesson Bookings
All driving lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability. Lesson times and durations will be confirmed prior to attendance.
Payments & Pricing
Prices are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. Block booking discounts must be paid in advance and are non-transferable.
Cancellations & Late Notice
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the lesson being charged in full.
Instructor Responsibilities
Instructors reserve the right to cancel or terminate a lesson if a pupil is deemed unfit to drive due to illness, drugs, alcohol, or unsafe behaviour.
Pupil Responsibilities
Pupils must behave respectfully at all times. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of lessons without refund.
Driving Tests
Use of an instructor’s vehicle for a driving test is subject to instructor approval. A&A Driving School is not responsible for DVSA test availability or outcomes.
Website Use
While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, A&A Driving School makes no guarantees regarding website content or availability.
Liability
A&A Driving School shall not be held liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during lessons. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Changes to Terms
A&A Driving School reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
